Shiping Policy


We ship worldwide. Please allow 1-2 business day for orders to be processed. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

If you do not receive the tracking information within 1-2 business day, please check your spam folder.

The cost for each delivery is calculated based on the country your order has to be deliver to. 

Trophy fitness grants free shipping on orders above £150.

Shipping cost by area for orders below £300:

  • Europe £12
  • United States £12 
  • Asia £15

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse on working days (Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. CET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Eventual additional local taxes not related to custom import, such as State Tax or Use Tax, are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday), except UK & International Public Holidays.

You can track your order with your courier by simply logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of the merchandise's delivery date.

For International Customers: This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, we will cover the cost of shipping you new items, whereas, you will cover the cost of shipping the return items.

For UK Customers: This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, you can exchange your item free of charge – we cover the return shipping fees and you can shop another item of the same value from our website.

Trophy fitness aims to give you the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return your purchase, please email us at with following details:

  • The Products must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). 
  • Your Order Number.
  • Reason of return or refund.

Please make sure following return policy guidelines are met:

  •  Items are packaged back in original packaging with labels and tags on.
  •  Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
  •  We cannot accept returns leggings, underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.

We offer free exchanges and returns on UK order, for Rest of the world; you will cover the cost of shipping the return items and once the returns are received we will send you the exchanges.

If you would like to return any of your purchases then please follow the instructions below:

We will send you a prepaid shipping label to dispatch the return items. Please send us an email once the items have been dispatched.

We will issue you the refund once the items are received in our store and they meet the returns policy guidelines.

Online Paid Orders: Online paid orders will be refunded to the original debit/credit card used to make the transaction

We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards.

All your card payments are processed through military-grade encrypted and PCI compliant payment processors Stripe and PayPal.

We do not store any of your credit card information.

Modern slavery & human trafficking ACT



Modern slavery is a heinous crime and a morally reprehensible act that deprives a person's liberty and dignity for another person's gain. It is a real problem for millions of people around the world, including many in developed countries, who are being kept and exploited in various forms of slavery. 

Every company is at risk of being involved in this crime through its own operations and its supply chain.

At Lady Leisure, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and are fully committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operation and supply chain. We have taken concrete steps to tackle modern slavery, as outlined in our statement. This statement sets out the actions that we have taken to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to our business, and to implement steps to prevent slavery and human trafficking during the financial year 2019. 

Our business and supply chains:

  • Lady Leisure UK distribution warehouse.
  • Overseas Chinese manufacturing partner. 
  • UK shipping and logistical partner.

We establish a relationship of trust and integrity with all our suppliers, which is built upon mutually beneficial factors. Our supplier selection and on-boarding procedure includes due diligence of the supplier's reputation, respect for the law, compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and references. 

We haven't been made aware of any allegations of human trafficking/slavery activities against any of our suppliers, but if we were, then we would act immediately against the supplier and report it to the authorities.

Risk assessment

We conducted a risk assessment of our supply chain by taking into account:

  • The risk profile of individual countries based on the Global Slavery Index 
  • The business services rendered by the suppliers 
  • The presence of vulnerable demographic groups 
  • A news analysis and the insights of labour and human rights groups
  • This assessment will determine our response and the risk controls that we implement.


Lady Leisure operates the following policies for identifying and preventing slavery and human trafficking in our operations:

  • Whistleblowing Policy - we encourage all employees, customers and suppliers to report any suspicion of slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation. We provide a confidential helpline to protect the identity of the whistle-blowers.
  • Code of Conduct - our code encourages employees to do the right thing by clearly stating the actions and behaviour expected of them when representing the business. We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour when operating abroad and managing our supply chain.
  • Purchasing Code - we have updated our Purchasing Code and supplier contracts to make explicit reference to slavery and human trafficking.

Supplier due diligence

  • Lady Leisure, conducts due diligence on all new suppliers during on-boarding and on existing suppliers at regular intervals. This includes:
  • Assessing risks in the provision of particular services 
  • Auditing the suppliers, and their health and safety standards, labour relations and employee contracts 
  • Requiring improvements to substandard employment practices 

Sanctioning suppliers that fail to improve their performance in line with our requirements We require all suppliers to attest that:

  • They don't use any form of forced, compulsory or slave labour 
  • Their employees work voluntarily and are entitled to leave work 
  • They provide each employee with an employment contract that contains a reasonable notice period for terminating their employment 
  • They don't require employees to post a deposit/bond and don't withhold their salaries for any reasons 
  • They don't require employees to surrender their passports or work permits as a condition of employment
  • Training

In addition to the awareness programme, Lady Leisure, has rolled out a fresh e-learning course to all employees and supplier contacts, which covers:

  • Various forms of modern slavery in which people can be held and exploited 
  • The size of the problem and the risk to our organisation 
  • How employees can identify the signs of slavery and human trafficking, including unrealistically low prices 
  • How employees should respond if they suspect slavery or human trafficking 
  • How suppliers can escalate potential slavery or human trafficking issues to the relevant people within their own organisation 
  • What external help is available for the victims of slavery 
  • What terms and guidance should be provided to suppliers in relation to slavery policies and controls · What steps ??? Ltd will take if a supplier fails to implement anti-slavery policies or controls 
  • An attestation from employees that they will abide by Lady Leisure's anti-slavery policy
  • Measuring how we're performing

Lady Leisure, has defined a set of key performance indicators and controls to combat modern slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and supply chain. These include:

  • How many employees have completed mandatory training?
  • How many suppliers have filled out our ethics questionnaire?
  • How many suppliers have rolled out an awareness and training programme that is equivalent to ours?
  • How many reports have been made by our employees that indicate their awareness of and sensitivity to ethical issues?
  • What are the findings of our cross-functional Human Rights team, which reviews how we are addressing modern slavery and human trafficking?

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the returns page within 14 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

You may return your order to Ladies Leisure online within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out.

We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.
